Join the Notre Dame Family in East Africa: June 2 through June 13, 2012

Experience the beauty of East Africa, in the company of Notre Dame friends and family.  We will travel in comfort, exploring Uganda and Kenya, seeing the difference Notre Dame's Ford Program is making, in close collaboration with local communities.

Learn about the history, politics and religions of East Africa.  What are the options for sustainable growth and development?  How is business conducted and what are the pros and cons of economic aid?  What developments are possible in health care, sanitation, education and agriculture and what lessons have we learned?  What is the current role of Notre Dame and how can it play a more substantial role in the future?

Our Notre Dame trip is being run through the University's Ford Family Program in Human Development Studies and Solidarity.  Learn about The Ford Family Program
